Launched in 2004, Ipsus Developments is a London-based property developer that specialises in residential and mixed-use schemes. After an award-winning venture in central London – Rushworth Street in Blackfriars recently won Gold for Best Apartment Scheme at the 2016 What House? Awards – we are now back in our traditional heart land of South West London with a new residential development. We have a diverse and interesting portfolio ranging from luxury apartments to executive houses, but almost all have been in South West London, from Wingate Square and Balham Hill in Clapham, to Zulu Mews in Battersea and Hardwicks Square in Wandsworth. And now Bedford House in Balham – our tenth development.

We are not prepared to compromise on quality and always aim to combine the highest standards of design, performance and functionality, while also improving the environment for those already living in the area. All our developments come with an NHBC or BLP guarantee and we comply to the Consumer Code for Home Builders. As a buyer, you benefit from a dedicated aftercare team, a 12-month defect liability period and a high level of service in the management of the building.
